This article from the Chicago Tribune points out how coveted the Pokemon license is by companies like Amurol, a division of Wrigley. It recently inked a two-year deal to slap the incomprehensible animated characters on 27 different varieties of fruit-flavored chew. The high collectibility of any Pokemon product has experts projecting $100 in sales volume. That means more than $100 million shoppers like you will be dashing through the stores to make sure the little ones in your life each have a Pokey-chew.
