HOW TO SAY THANK YOU IN 45 LANGUAGES

Site: http://www.geocities.com/thankyous

This is a truly incredible website. The author has assembled translations of "Hello," "How are you?", "Very good," "Goodbye," "Please," "Thank you," and "You're welcome" in 45 languages, including phonetic spellings and (in some cases) sound clips. His pronunciation is quite good across the board, and the website is actually fun to play with. Children with language homework will find it useful, as well as anyone travling abroad or with friends from another country. There are lots of holes in the matrix, however, and the author invites readers to send him e-mails with translations and sound bites. I give this site an A for effort, but a B+ until the matrix is complete.
