With so many things to keep track of these days--passwords, dates, PINs, nine-digit zip codes--whenever someone offers to help simplify life, it gets my vote. The National Alliance of Breast Cancer Organizations (NABCO) offers a website devoted to providing information, research, and lists of support groups by state. Of particular interest: the folks at NABCO offer an e-mail service to remind you to schedule that next breast exam or mammogram. Easy to take advantage of and very worthwhile. Give 'em a visit.
