This site is designed to serve some very large, as yet underserved, contituencies: G/L/B/Ts looking for work in "friendly environments"; employers who recognize the importance of diversity in their organizations and who show respect for the individual; and freelancers, small business owners, and other who wish to market themselves to a gay-riendly public. Posting resumes and searching job listings is FREE. There's even a volunteer info posting area. Persons with AIDS and those who employ them can also find info here. Ad fees for employers are reasonable. This new site need some technical tweaking, but is a great and empowering resource for all.
