Track coach Kevin Jermyn has assembled a wide range of essays and articles about the pursuit of athletic excellence. He draws articles from other great coaches, including Chris Graff, winner of the October's Army Ten Miler. From this site, you can also sign up for Kevin's free weekly e-mail newsletter. I think the content of this site is tremendously helpful. The presentation is slow, however, since the home page includes a massive graphic and the frame is too narrow. Overall, however, I give the site an A-.
