We've all eaten rubber chicken.... trust me, you don't want to SERVE rubber chicken (or worse, rubber tofu) at YOUR wedding. This article reviews the art of choosing your caterer--what to ask, what to look for, and how to decipher costs. To me, some of the best advice offered was simple but important--you should LIKE the caterer--you're going to be working with these people for as long as you plan your wedding.
