Resume Database Review: HeadHunter

This is one of the most used sites on the WWW by job seekers, employers and recruiters. It is easy to use and update. It's also a great way to get the word out that you are looking for another job. But be very careful with this site - you are going to get calls from lots of recruiters. I mean LOTS of calls. And your current employer very possibly will see you on this site, too. Not a site to use for the discreet job search, but one of the best to get your name out there if you need a job in a hurry. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, I rate this site an 8.
