As NYSTYLE Magazine reports, color is back. After ages of minimalism, and the muted tones of grey, black, and white, it is finally time to recover color. One can see these bright inroads in all aspects of fashion--jeans have bright ribbon trim, purses are bright, and orange is no longer taboo. So, in Y2K, go for it: wear hot pink capri pants.
