Take a ride through the roaring twenties

With the stock market going stratospheric, soldiers returning from the Great War, and women starting to do crazy things like wear short dresses and learning to drive, the 1920s were a period of tremendous change and expansion. Dozens of car companies swiftly came onto the scene, only to disappear just as abruptly. Black Monday brought an end to this short golden age, but the creator of this site has put together an index of the many companies that flourished--albeit briefly--during this unusual decade. I can guarantee that most of the names you'll never have seen before, and some entries link to pages that discuss history, pricing, production location, and drivetrain specifics. Not as many photos here as you might like to see; still, an interesting reference nonetheless.
