Especially my friend Ted Landau, who has never met me, but has enriched my life nonethelss with his MacFixIt page--a treasure trove of information for anyone posed with the problem of setting a persnickity Mac straight. The link above will take you to the "Reports" page, where you can scan through all kinds of troubleshooting documents, including one on OS 9. There's also a gargantuan archive, plenty of utility downloads, bulletin boards where you can tap your fellow Mac users for more answers to your persistent questions, links to all the Apple resources you should already have on your bookmark list, and probably even more stuff that I haven't found yet. A great site to have in your back pocket for a rainy computer day.
