Nizoral, the company that makes the much-advertised dandruff shampoo, giving away $10,000 to anyone who fills out their quick online form. The deadline to enter this sweepstakes is 11:59 p.m. ET, December 31, 1999. It is open to residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Limit of one entry per email address. The grand prize will be awarded in cash on or about January 14, 2000.
