Get it while it's fresh

Well, Denver may not be the first city that comes to mind when you list the country's major hip-hop hubs. But check out Freshsites, which is dedicated to the underground hip-hop action of the Mile-High City, and you'll be treated to a well-designed set of web pages that are a refreshing change from the many super-slick megasites that cover the hip-hop scene. Freshsites still has a ways to go (there's not much music up yet), but there's lots of great graff jpegs, some nice sketches, and a bit of poetry as well. Check it out, drop the webmaster a line, and tune in again over the next several months to see how this little corner of the Net develops.
