A big-league MP3 search engine that stands apart from the johnnie-come-latelys. The folks at Listen.com know how users search for downloadable music and have developed a system that enables the pursuit of great tunes. I tested their system with two test bands--Veruca Salt and Betty Blowtorch. Veruca Salt wasn't in their index, however I did get a long list of sites with artists that listed themselves as being "similiar." Betty Blowtorch, on the other hand, was in their index. Overall, this indexing and search system is impressive and makes it possible to find the music you want to hear.
