Visiting this site is worth it for the illustration of the schnockered Bacchus alone. But just wait 'til you see all the other goodies in this terrific wine education site by Buyers and Cellars, a wine consultant group from Aspen, Colorado. This is a great way to get just about all the "quick and dirty" information you need to feel confident buying, serving, and ordering wine. There's tons of information to peruse here: a very helpful vocal glossary that's linked to a wine region map; essays on the language of wine and how to get along with uppity wine stewards; a list of great $10 wines and tips on pairing wine with food...and that's just the beginning. This one's for the bookmarks.
