Veterinarian Shortage Serious in US

Dog and cat owners are spending more money on the care of their animals, recent trends indicate. Now another trend is rearing its head: a shortage of veterinarians to treat those pets. Here is a a report on that shortage as seen from Michigan, where recent vet school grad Jennifer Khalifah says it's a fine time to be a veterinarian. The national picture, both short-term and long-term, is discussed as well.
