Every known species of wild cat, from the huge and well-known Siberian Tiger to the tiny and obscure Kodkod of the Andes, is covered here in detail. Find out where they live, what they eat, which prehistoric species they are most likely descended from, their current population status--even why their eyes seem to glow in the dark! The contents are arranged in such a way that data on any particular cat can be quickly accessed by common name, scientific name, or region of distribution, and a glossary is included for those who may not be familiar with some of the technical language in the articles. Whether you are doing serious research or just browsing for enjoyment, this is one of the more valuable sites on cats I've yet to come across.
