In the real world, we all know that some lucky people have the job of shopping for a living to check out the customer service through a store chain. And some people get to eat in fancy restaurants to make sure the customer experience is what the owner wants. Well, Kelly Mooney had the job of shopping at many e-commerce sites to prepare for her role as a design consultant for the Victoria’s Secret website. She shares her shopping experiences, good and bad, and gives a list of customer service guidelines for e-commerce sites.
