Love it or leave it: the exotic durian fruit

This site offers an irreverent, silly examination of the durian. This strange fruit is a heavy, dangerously spiky native of Malaysia and Thailand. Inside its tough armor, the pale yellow ripe fruit is quite oderiferous. Though the site is visually outdated, it does offer a somewhat humorous article on "How to choose a good durian" (fresh durians are available in Asian markets in the U.S.) Also check out the "Photo gallery 2" which shows a boy's technique for bringing the bounty to market.
