If you follow the British club soul scene, there's no better starting place for your online adventure than Soulboys of the World Unite. Though unassuming in design, this website was obviously a labor of love for its creator, Alan Champ. He includes a very concise introduction to the British soul scene, along with separate pages covering Northern Soul, Jazz Funk, and Pirate Radio. The link for "Soul Nights Out" didn't seem to work when I tried it, but "Soulful Sounds" took me to a great collection of RealAudio sound clips, including The Mighty Diamonds' slinky "Stoned Out of My Mind." You'll be sure to get your rocks off in here!
