The alternative underwater diving

Most people now know of scuba diving, but there is a growing sport of "breath-hold" diving which is coming into the public eye. Popularized by the film "The Big Blue," freediving now has a UK online presence, with the site dedicated to the print magazine Freediver. Despite the use of Macromedia Flash on this site, it gives the reader a lot of information and contacts to the world of freediving. If you're interested in the sport and want a jump-off point to other resources, you could do a lot worse!
