Rayman 2: The Great Escape

Rayman is a goggle-eyed, armless, legless hero. He runs, he jumps, he glides (using his helicopter-like ears to slow his descent). He shoots down pirate cages, deals with a range of enemies (using thrown energy balls), etc., etc. This is a cute, rather non-violent game that isn't TOO cartoony.
