BAD FADS: good or bad?

"Hey, yo, that's some bad hair!" Is this a compliment or not? "Those are some bad shoes you've got on"...How should I take this one? You be the judge on this cute but informative site. BAD FADS lists the fads from 30 years ago to the present, and lets you decide whether a fad was "bad" as in good or bad as in BAD.
