National Fraud Information Center

Site: http://fraud.org/welcome.htm

The National Fraud Information Center is a great place for consumers who are concerned with telemarketing and Internet fraud issues. It was created for the purpose of providing information on all types of fraud, including fraud against the elderly, scams against businesses, and many topics. The Fraud Information site provides a toll-free hotline and an e-mail address so that trained counselors can answer your questions. These counselors help consumers identify the "danger signs of possible fraud and direct consumers to the right places for more information. Fraud.org also acts as a vehicle for reporting telemarketing and Internet fraud to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
