Business law links galore

Whatever color your parachute, a good set of links never hurts. And if business law is your bag, you'd do well to drop by Bruce Methven's great page of links on all aspects of business law and related issues. It seems like this page hasn't been updated since 1998, but many of the links are still working. There's plenty of good stuff here--the site is somewhat geared toward California law, but the links for state law across the U.S. are terrific. Other categories include electronic commerce, legal forms and checklists, copyright information, and much more. Definitely worth a look.
