This is a very comprehensive and well-documented site for anyone interested in U.S. foreign policy during the final years of the Cold War. It depicts the failures of U.S. containment policy, SALT II, and Detente. Instead, this page applauds the more forceful Reagan Doctrine that sought to roll back the Evil Empire and worldwide communism. Additional topics include the political character of President Reagan, the SDI, and intervention in Latin America. A very well done site.
