Users of the Mac version of Outlook Express 5.0 are vulnerable to a security glitch that can allow attachments to HTML mails to be downloaded automatically. The files cannot be executed by sinister sources, but unsuspecting people could conceivably run programs that they come across on their systems. This may especially happen if people think that they have personally requested the download, which they would have to do if the program was operating as expected. The patch also includes updates on certain certificates within IE that will expire by the end of the month. Find the download at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/download/en/other_EN.asp .
