Available in both HTML and PDF format, The AppleScript tutorial is divided into three sections: Getting Started, Basics: Part 1, and Basics: Part 2. The lessons a breeze to follow (no techno-mastery's assumed), and they're illustrated with colorful versions of relevant pull-down menus and dialog boxes. The info here had me setting up AppleScripts for all those boring tasks in no time flat.
