Reba the pioneer

Reba McEntire has truly enjoyed success as a country music star. Since 1974, when she was "discovered," her popularity has only increased, and she notably came up in a time when females were not yet on the scene. She is also one of the few stars to venture out on a world tour, which was also a hugely successful. This bio, found on the Top Country Music site, sings her praises, of which there are many. No wonder many consider her the Queen.
