Oh, my achin' back...

This is an inevitable complaint for men as they hit middle age, isn't it? Right along with "I'm so tired" and "Boy, that chili gave me some ferocious heartburn." In reality, however, there's no inherent connection between these laments and advancing years. As this amusing Men's Health article (reprinted here on the ABC News site) points out, poor lifestyle choices have more to do with declining health than does the cruel hand of Father Time. Hey, even the idea that women find older guys unattractive is apparently a myth. This piece would make a good read on every passing birthday, so print it out now to have it on hand.
