You're already set up for success! Simply create a simple site, with product list and shopping cart. Let the shopper create a weekly shopping list, adding or changing items as desired. You pick and pack the order. The customer then selects a time when he or she will pick up his groceries. (Later, contract with local courier services to deliver groceries to the home if desired). Drop a flyer into every grocery bag and include it in local newspaper delivery. Give incentives such as free or discounted groceries for referrals.
