Cell phones: love 'em? Hate 'em? More and more people all over the country are using these versatile, affordable modes of telecommunication, particularly in major metropolitan areas where the pace of life and business makes near-constant communication an imperative. But when is enough enough? When is it wrong to use a portable phone in public?
