AKC speaks out on upcoming Dateline program

The Dateline television program on puppy mills won't air until February, but the American Kennel Club is already speaking out about its concerns about the show. The organization that registers purebred dogs says it feels the program states or implies that the AKC is in some way responsible for the tragedies resulting from the actions of "unscrupulous puppy mill breeders," to quote a news release from the AKC.
