Did you know that early golf balls were made of wood? Did you know that golf might have been invented in Holland instead of Scotland? These and other early facts are featured at Leo M. Kelly, Jr.'s Virtual Golf Museum. Some of the sections hadn't been completed when I visited the site, but there are a lot of interesting facts about early golf, along with many pictures. This site's highlight is its history of the evolutution of the golf ball; make this area your first stop!
