Psychologists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals

PSYETA is a non-profit organization, which is made up of psychologists who believe in working with other animal organizations to help people change the way individuals and society as a whole treat animals. They are commited to getting their message across to the masses. Through education and research, they want to teach the public what are the cruelties of animals that society displays, the wrongdoings towards animals in entertainment (purely for humans' amusement), and the inhumanity of animal-based products. They offer a newsletter and a page on the projects they are invloved in. Such projects include a video to educate, publications, and what they are trying to accomplish in schools of all levels.
