Here's a great idea in the making: a website where average drivers (like you!) submit reviews of their cars for the benefit of car buyers everywhere. The catch is, there's still a ways to go as far as amassing a broad range of responses is concerned. I browsed the sedan and SUV categories, and it seemed like most models had between one and four reviews each. It would be a shame to see this fine web initiative founder due to lack of surfer participation. So get online--get your friends online!--and submit some feedback. Short of trying to get some airtime on Car Talk, this may be one of the best avenues available for getting an inside perspective. Buying and negotiating tips from an anonymous former car salesman rounds out the consumer resources on this soon-to-be-great site. Knowledge is power, so start sharing the wealth!
