CGI: Easy as ABC

Okay, I'll admit it: I don't know jack doodledy about CGI. But when my boss told me I had to learn it or be out on my touchas by the end of the week, I knew just where to turn. Matt Rotter's "ABC's of CGI" page for CNET laid out the basics of Common Gateway Interface in simple, plain English that even I could understand. As I grapsed more and more of the CGI way of thinking, I clicked on the embedded links in the article and was transported to more advanced content covering hoting issues, common problems with CGI scripts, and using cookies with server-side includes. Whew! Never thought I'd be slinging jargon around THAT easily. But you will be too, if you get over your initial trepidation and drink in the simple wisdom being offered here.
