Lordy, is there any jurisdiction in the U.S. in which Puff Daddy HASN'T yet made it onto the police blotter? Vibe now reports that police in Washington D.C. have issued a warrant for Sean Combs' arrest on a 1995 menacing charge involving a Georgetown University cafeteria worker. Puffy allegedly--surprise, surprise--flashed a gun at the unsuspecting man after an altercation in the university chowdown. Daddy-O denies the charge, natch, claiming it was somebody else wielding the gat in question. Hmmm, do I sense a pattern here?
