I stop by Freestyling.com often for a hit of hip-hop news (such as reviews of new releases), interviews, and upcoming event schedules. But a few features really make this site stand out. First, there's a great tutorial for converting your .wav recordings to Real Audio format, to make posting yourself online at your freestylin' best that much easier. Then, there are the chats, in which you can partake at 9 p.m. EST every day. But best of all are the spaces in which to share your freestyling talents, and compete with other hip-hoppers. Click Message, and you'll see literally thousands of posts, the bulk of which are site visitors' freestyle rhymes. Then, stop by Tourney for an online freestyle competition whose outcome you can influence with your vote. (These are printed lyrics only--no audio, unfortunately.) Quite a bit of good stuff for one site, don't you think?
