When you're looking to buy a new piece of equipment, you don't always want to trust what one home electronics magazine pundit has to say. That's why I stop at Consumerreview.com before all of my big purchases. Click on, say, "Televisions," and you'll get an alphabetized list of lots of models, each with an average score on a 1-to-5 scale, culled from all of that product's rankings as submitted by site users. Some reviewers offer more lengthy reviews, including strengths and weaknesses; you can access these by clicking on the item's name. All in all, a super reference tool, and a good source of a wealth of impartial, reliable electronics evaluations.
