If you're familiar with newsgroups, you probably know about Rec. Travel, but this site makes navigation of that information extremely easy. The information is broken down into regional areas first. Once you pick a region, you can choose from Travelogues, Regional Information, Accommodations, Tour Operators, and Travel Agents. This is a great travel resource. It's not fancy, but navigation is easy, and it has information you can use for any type of trip planning. Forget that it's a library - make all the noise you want.
