Top » Science & TechnologyAsk a Science/Math ExpertSite: http://njnie.dl.stevens-tech.edu/curriculum/aska/science.htmlWith the proliferation of real human experts emerging on the Web, it is comforting to discover a website that focuses exclusively on science experts. This site is endorsed by the NJNIE Project--that should guarantee some degree of credibility. At least the experts are working professionals. The materials on this page are organized by disciplines like chemistry, physics, biology, and earth science. There are also several links to math and technology experts, and to the very rich expert services of Scientific American. Some of the questions are referenced to online boards or to answer archives. Others involve direct e-mail communications with experts. However, links and the ways each area deal with questions are uneven. The site is as imaginative as a blank sheet of paper (i.e. boring!). Fortunately, the experts themselves--and their answers--are far from boring. I'd bookmark the site. Thu, 16 Mar 2000 07:40:31 -0800 Submitted by: Russell McNeil
