Lavendar Collar is a new site whose goal is to address these and many other professional concerns for the GLBT community. This site is fairly new, and some of the sections (like News and Workplace Issues) still need some serious beefing up--nonetheless, Lavendar Collar has the potential to provide some really helpful resources.
