You stole my banner

With just a few pixels of space to play with, it's not surprising that 2 companies with similar products (Providian Financial Corp. and NextCard) used the same image (a thermometer) to communicate low interest rates. Now they have settled a potential lawsuit. Seems like much ado about nothing.
