Marketing Tips on the Internet

Over the last couple of months, as the Internet is booming, people have been giving lots of marketing tips over the Internet. From "How to..." tips to "Get this for free...", many people have been trying to sound professional and experienced. At this particular site, I have found that though the tips given may work, ethical questions come into the picture. And there are other "hidden" agendas as well. Oh yes, it does sound genuine and convincing, but then again, how many of these tips actually work? I guess judgement still lay at the hands of surfers whether or not to trust this new wave of marketing tips.
