Have you ever heard of the CHAMPS program? This program provides services and support to the membership, public, and media to develop and enhance the life of the student-athlete through educational programs and resources focusing on gender equity, student-athlete welfare, and life skills. And yes, the NCAA is the official enforcement arm of college athletics. All the rules and regulations are listed right here.
