This may seem surprising, especially in light of the highly unconventional approach most start-ups take towards the idea of corporate culture. But according to journalist Judith Messina, that's about to change as more and more women enter the realm of venture capitalism, start their own companies, and broaden their knowledge of entrepreneurship. And as more women enter the field, more will follow in their footsteps.
