There was a time, long ago and far away (or so it seems) when to be called a crone was thought to be a compliment. This website has been created to make that time arrive again. Crones will be respected for having the wisdom and understanding that they have accrued while living life. yOni, an online magazine, focuses on issues of change of life and hormonal issues, uplifting stories of wise elders, and essays and poems on loss. Laura-Doe and her team at yOni have done a lovely job at producing this thoughtful, respectful, intelligent site.
