With all the security issues in the news these days, Microsoft is getting in the game by promising to make Windows 2000 more secure with its 128-bit encryption. Microsoft is also planning to provide a round-the-clock hot line for those security emergencies, among other effots to increase security of the software and to protect privacy. The company knows that they are a hacker's target of choice, and to neglect this issue would be...well...ridiculous. Will Microsoft live up to their promise?
