The “Hope for Haiti Now” album has set the record for the biggest one-day album pre-order in iTunes history. The album is currently the No. 1 iTunes album in 18 countries. The original song performed by Bono, The Edge, Jay-Z and Rihanna during the telethon, is currently the No. 1 song on iTunes in 12 countries.
All of the proceeds from the sale of the album and any of its individual live performance tracks will go to Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, Oxfam America, Partners In Health, Red Cross, UNICEF, United Nations World Food Programme, and Yéle Haiti Foundation.
