Phillips Club New York City, a Hotel, with Membership and Ownership
I live a few blocks away from The Phillips Club in NYC (near Lincoln Center), and I always assumed it was a typical hotel, but it wasn’t until my wife Allison (a real estate professional) encountered a Phillips Club owner looking to sell his share that I learned it offers fractional ownership. Terrific for people who visit Manhattan a lot and want a hotel atmosphere and amenities, along with the consistency and comfortable familiarity that comes with ownership.
